AZ Court of Appeals: Scent of Marijuana Alone is Insufficient to Obtain Search Warrant

On July 20, 2015, the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division Two, held that, in view of the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act ("AMMA"), the scent of marijuana, standing alone, is insufficient evidence of criminal activity to supply probable cause for a search warrant.
